These terms govern your access to and use of the Veorix marketing site and services. By creating an account, forwarding a phone number to Veorix, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

If you are agreeing to these terms on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. “You” in these terms means both you individually and the business on whose behalf you accept.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Permitted use

  • Use Veorix only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including consumer-protection, telecommunications, and data-protection laws.
  • Do not abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to harass or defraud anyone.
  • Do not use Veorix to make unsolicited or otherwise non-compliant calls or messages.

4. Forwarding and telecommunications

When you forward a phone number to Veorix or send messages through Veorix, you authorize us to receive, route, transcribe, and respond to those calls and messages on your behalf. You remain responsible for honoring opt-outs and for the content of communications sent under your business identity.

5. Subscription and billing

Paid plans, usage allowances, and prices are described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices on renewal with prior notice.

6. AI output and accuracy

Veorix uses speech and language models to handle interactions on your behalf. Outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing critical workflows (legal, medical, financial, or safety-related) before acting on them and for setting agent guardrails that match your business policies.

7. Customer data and confidentiality

You retain ownership of your business data and customer content stored or processed by Veorix. We use it to operate the service and improve quality consistent with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your confidential information except to staff and vendors bound by confidentiality, or where required by law.

8. Term and termination

These terms apply for as long as you use Veorix. You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, place us at risk of legal liability, or fail to pay fees when due.

Veorix is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veorix and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and defend Veorix from claims arising out of your use of the service, your business communications, or your violation of these terms.
